Let’s Make a Difference Together
PARASOLKA LOUNGE – weekly gathering for immigrants from Ukraine and other Slavic countries. PARASOLKA LOUNGE has been established in April 2021 on the territory of SOL (Spring of Life) church by a team of volunteers.
Every Saturday we are welcome all immigrants from Slavic community to join our event. All newcomers will get useful information how to adapt in the United States, make a new friends and connections. We serve each event with food and drinks. Our speakers share important and useful information about social benefits, education, law and rights and other important questions.
A lot of immigrants have a lack of English language and we know how difficult for them to adapt in a new environment. PARASOLKA LOUNGE is a place where they can grab a cup of fragrant coffee and relax with their family in safety place. We also offer sport outdoor activities: ping pong and volleyball.
Our Goal: to provide safety place where newcomers will be able, to get help, emotional support, food, things of the first aid and informational services.
PARASOLKA LOUNGE – It is a place where new immigrants will be able to make a friends and spend time with their families.
